This policy applies to air-conditioner units, spare parts, and related products purchased from Silverback Air-con Pte Ltd.

Before Installation

Please check and confirm that the correct product (air conditioner / spare part) has been selected before our technician begins installation. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the chosen model and configuration are correct.

Returns

Once payment has been made and installation of the product has been completed, there will be strictly no returns on the installed product.

Refunds

  • Refunds apply only where the wrong product was chosen and the product has not yet been delivered or installed.
  • Once a product has been delivered or installed, there will be strictly no refunds.
  • To request a refund for an undelivered item, call us at 9651 5152 to inform us of the issue.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if the box is unopened and sealed.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • For exchanges, contact 9651 5152 and send the item to: 11 Mandai Estate, #05-18 Eldix, Singapore 729908.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund, please re-check your bank account, then contact your card company or bank (processing times vary). If it remains unresolved, contact us at 9651 5152.

Return Shipping

For approved returns, call 9651 5152 and we will arrange collection. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs where applicable; shipping costs are non-refundable.
