Refund policy for Midea System 2
You are to check and ensure the correct products (air conditioner / spare parts) are chosen before our technician starts the installation.
Once the payment is made and installation of the products (air conditioner / spare parts) is completed, there will be STRICTLY no returns on the chosen product.
Refunds for Midea Residential Aircon
Refunds are only applicable when the wrong product is chosen and the product has not been delivered.
Once the product has been delivered, there will be STRICTLY no refunds.
In the case where the wrong product is chosen and the product has not been delivered, please call us at 9177 5500 to inform us of the issue.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund for your Midea System 2 yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges for Midea System 2 (if applicable)
We only replace items if box is not opened. If you need to exchange it for a different item, call us at 91775500 and send your item to: 11 Mandai Estate, #05-18 Eldix, Singapore 729908, Singapore.
Exchange is only applicable 14 days from day of delivery. For exchanges, box must be strictly sealed.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping of Midea System 2
To return your product, you can call us at 91775500. We will check on the application and arrange our own fleet to collect the items.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
