Turn off the Panasonic aircon, unplug it from the power outlet, and remove the AC back cover of the outdoor sub-unit. Clean any dirt or debris on the internal parts, especially the outdoor coil and outdoor fan motor unit. Look over the outdoor PCB mainboard and check for loose wiring jacks, damaged or frayed wires, or burnt terminals. Then carefully replace and secure the AC back cover, plug the air conditioner back in, restart it, and check the display for the error code. If the troubleshooting has not been able to clear it, then you need to book an appointment with an HVAC professional.
