Under the Climate Friendly Households Programme (CFHP), each household in every registered address in Singapore gets one climate voucher worth $300. The money can be applied towards investment on eco-friendly products from participating retailers. A joint initiative of the National Environment Agency (NEA) and the Public Utilities Board (PUB), the CFHP climate vouchers can be used by Singaporean residents to ease the initial cost of upgrading to energy-saving and water-efficient appliances and fittings.

What are the CFHP eligibility requirements?

Every registered address, whether it is occupied by multiple families or tenants, is entitled to one set of climate vouchers. Only one member of the family (or multiple families) in the same address can claim the voucher. The voucher link is readily shareable via SMS to the rest of the members of that particular household. 

Products covered by the CFHP’s climate voucher include home appliances, LED lights, heat pumps for water heaters, as well as bathroom fittings and kitchen fixtures. The complete list of eligible products and their specifics are all itemized here.

How do I claim and redeem my climate voucher?

You may use your mobile device to conveniently claim your climate voucher for your household. Simply sign in to RedeemSG using your Singpass login credentials. Upon claiming it, you will receive an SMS notification with a link. The link can then be shared with the rest of your household. 

 

To redeem, you can opt to either apply the full $300 on one eligible eco-friendly product or spread it out. The RedeemSG app allows you to enter the amount you want to spend and deduct from the initial $300 on the voucher. It also enables you to easily keep track of how much is left in your climate voucher.

Is there an expiration date for climate vouchers?

Yes. Climate vouchers can be redeemed and used on eligible products until December 2027.
